"Your report at work is a reflection of your performance"
Yesterday,for the firts time,I was able to attend Sunday Service and the topic was about the FAITHFUL SERVANT found in Matthew chapter 25.
Our speaker Kuya Mike is one of Toyota's Manager and so he spoke about WORK ETHICS,PERFORMANCE of an employee from a manager's perspective. I kinda like his preaching because it's not exclusive about SPIRITUALITY alone but he usually talks more about work stuff,occasionally family and believes that our totality in every aspect of our lives reflects our spiritual life. It was a blessing,an eye opener for me.I atleast have an idea that at times I feel grumpy at work,I have to think in a wider sense because my problem is nothing as compared to the whole problem of the entire company. He also stated that he also encountered so much insecurities and uncertainties in life when he was seeking for a job years ago.There's a huge discrimination and sometimes he also wishes he's just someone or he wishes he also graduated from La Salle,UST,Ateneo or any other big schools. The point of his preaching was,before he was on his position right now,he started from the lowliest.He always had an open heart.He loves what he's doing.he's committed to it. When tired and stressed,he thinks of the things that motivates him to perform more.He invested his time,effort and commitment.Now he proudly can say he earned his position.And because he learned how to invest,it's easier for him as a manager to manage his employees. And it goes with our spiritual life.God entrusted us with talents or skills.What are you going to do with it?

I stared at you for such a long time without blinking.You were too bright that I can't see anything after I took my eyes off you.I wonder whether I was naturally attracted to your brightness and I ask myself how can I go on being blind for staring too long at you!

IT'S MY LIFE
All
So I just thought of designing my OWN EPITAPH...
that says;
" I have lived MANY TIMES but ONLY DIE once.And now I'm dead.For real" |
