Mother…Daughter…Warrior and Defender… Former Miss Israeli Candidate turned model,tv personality, action star. Gender Equality Activist. In short, a goddess in human form! She’s Wonder Woman from June 2017 to eternity! My Super Hero One of my favorite things to do is to read the comment section YouTube or to read Twitter and Tumbler. It amazed me as always to read different point of views and how people defend something that they are passionate about. I can never relate to the online fight and arguments about Super Heroes because I was never a fan of any DC or Marvel stuff or never was familiar with any Super Hero growing up. Well, I’ve heard of Spiderman and Superman and of course Wolverine because I have a huge crush on Hugh Jackman! So far, I never had that kind of passion and deep dedication and love to super heroes for years but I do somehow understand when people have this super hero that they look up. Mine was never from DC or Marvel. It was Audrey Hepburn. I was just so fascinated by her that I look up to her so much with so much awe and adoration. I guess people in majority have that super hero in their life that they can always look up to forever and will consider their idol or personal super hero in many ways. For some, these characters they represent and the weakness they have is just what made them relate to it is what others keep going. It was just amazing watching someone talks about something that he/she is passionate above because you can feel the emotions channeled to you. Their eyes light up and their hearts are just full of happiness and their face is all excited. It makes you smile too. While most people online are fighting about their favorite super heroes and very protective of their childhood heroes for ages, I just discovered and finally found mine in June of 2017 in the form of Wonder Woman, an iconic super hero and character that I have just learned and developed great admiration and respect. I am not sure if it was due to the fact that Gal Gadot was Wonder Woman and I have a huge crush and admiration and respect to her all at the same time or if it was the fact that it was directed by Patty Jenkins who exactly knows what she wanted and imagine how Wonder Woman should be told and played. I couldn’t be any happier knowing the first Wonder Woman Linda Carter have expressed her support to Gal Gadot like she’s passing the crown to her and sharing the burden to her for years. Seeing them supporting each other and defending so well to the image of Wonder Woman in such a positive light makes me cry with joy. It’s just such a an added strength the soul to finally see two women who is very supportive of each other and you can see genuine intentions. STALKING HER IN SOCIAL MEDIA... As a girl who grew up from a Small hidden town and away from civilization, I didn’t have anyone that I look up growing up not until I entered college because I have to move to the city to pursue my studies. I still didn’t have any interest to super heroes as I prefer the old fashioned 90’s chick flicks and Audrey Hepburn age movies. I found out about Smallville because of my huge crush with Kristine Kruek. I started watching it because of her then I got hooked. Other than that, I never really watch Superman until this day. One day, I was just randomly watching random videos on YouTube to kill time when I just stumbled to an interview of a woman with cute accent who proudly introduce herself as Israeli. You know how you’ve watched tons of videos on YouTube and then you see list of suggested videos lined up? Yep, I clicked one of those and I am glad, I clicked on this specific interview of hers. That one interview made me stalk her and the rest is history. I have never heard of this tall, intimidating beautiful Jewish Gal ever. Well, I just feel there’s something interesting with her; I think it was her name. I thought she was Asian because of her last name and I was so interested to know how she made it to Hollywood and played wonder woman. I was glad I checked out that video because I finally found my Super Hero Icon, my wonder woman and my source of courage and inspiration. I was not a fan of Fast and Furious movie so I didn’t know her. It was later on when I cannot stop talking about her at work and with my friends that I was informed she’s that Giselle girlin Fast and Furious. I find it heart breaking that most people I have spoke with as they claim to be fan of the movie series were surprised she was that girl and they didn’t even know what her name was. They just knew she was this hot woman who can pull a helmet and trigger seductively. Pretty much of how they wanted to portray her as sex symbol. If you go online, so far all you can find are her hot photos from magazine covers. I wonder why she was never part of the Victoria Secret Super Model because to me, she’s just fit the VS angels. Anyway, it was not until she was cast as Wonder Woman and have come across a long way in delivering her role with justice that you get to see interviews of her that talks not just her body and face but her plans, aspirations, life stories and what she thinks about social issues and she handles them so well with wit and sense of humor and that’s what I loved about her! She can handle those sometimes confusing, intimidating and below the belt questions with so much charm and grace. She gets to be asked with the same question over and over again and she creatively comes with the same consistent answers in different forms. It just means that her answers were real because if it wasn’t then there’s a huge chance that some of her answers can be conflicting as some actors that I have observed are. My life in 2017 was pretty much between work, home and YouTube. I have been watching random movie clips in YouTube to keep myself from boredom and to stay alive. Most of the vids I am referring to were Emma’s interviews and movie clips until I’ve discovered Gal Gadot. I knew there was something different in her name and I read it correctly the first time I saw it. I read as GA-DOTTT but most people in the US cannot say her name correctly. Her last name was mostly pronounced as GA-DOW as if it was a FRENCH last name and it was actually only her interview with Jimmy Kimmel that he was able to clarify how to pronounce her last name correctly. I cannot remember anymore the first clip of her interview but I do remember instantly liking her. I find her accent cute and there’s just her charm. I ended watching one clip after the other and before I knew it, I started loving her. I loved her life story and what she stands for in life. Yes, she is outstanding, hot but like Watson, it was that interview she had with Jimmy Kimmel that hooked me and made me followed her. She was just so happy and genuinely thankful she gets to play Wonder Woman and felt the need to take the responsibility to imbibe the character. I once read a comment on YouTube from a guy saying that she was hot and all but it doesn’t arouse him at all. Of course, this stirred comments and it was just so sad to see some comments accusing the man as maybe gay. This is how our society is today, we are quick enough to judge and bully but I placed a comment that if this guy meant this as a compliment then I am actually delighted to know that we still have decent people like him who can draw the borderline between LUST and respect. TOP REASONS WHY SHE'S THE BESTSince I haven’t watch the movie yet, let me talk about the actress Gal Gadot and why I have loved her so dearly. Whoever says no one is perfect obviously hasn’t met Gal Gadot yet. Hello, have they met her?! Those seductive eyes, hypnotizing smile and infectious laughter can just heal a broken heart and soul. She’s just ah! I can’t help talking about her and never run out of adoration. She is unique, badass and very interesting life experiences. She was lucky to make it through the US entertainment industry and where she was introduce to the whole world. She speaks fluent English, intelligent and lovable. She’s natural darling of the crowd and she’s just easy to love. What a beautiful display and gift to us. I just adore her for what she stands for, her values and her thoughts Yes, she was not just a pretty face but she was a combat trainer for 2 years in the military. I am just very happy that I finally have a healthy and strong representation of a Jewish woman. I am just so happy to see an intimidatingly beautiful confident woman who is willing to show the world the beauty of her country and is willing to correct the prejudice people have for her country. To be honest, when I hear of the country Israel all I can think of is War and Holocaust. On another note, I am very supportive of Israel and this is one of my dream countries that I would love to visit because of the Bible stories. I wanted Israel to thrive and be recognized as a wonderful place and not just be part of a painful oppressive past. Yes, I am very biased on that part but I can’t help it. I love this country from the Bible Stories alone and the mystery it has that I have wanted to discover even as a little girl. We have tons of beautiful women in the world but we only have few who are confident enough, funny and light hearted with a sense of humor. I once saw a YouTube comment associating her with Natalie Portman. Once person commented, ‘ This had me laughing. I have to agree though. Natalie is more serious in life and is really passionate with all she does. She is intelligent and very sharp but with Gal, she seemed to be fun to be around. The best part of her that I love is her smile. It is so contagious and very beautiful. She smiles with her eyes and the content of her heart. It sounded very sexy, really happy and pure. She has a smiling face that maybe she was just used to it that you also ended smiling or laughing with her. She’s hot, there’s no denial of that but it was not that part of her that draws my attention. While a lot of people go watch Wonder Woman straight and come out of the cinema as gay, there’s just something in her something positive and crazy. She’s got this good girl looks but felt like she’s this badass naughty woman. I mean I can go on and on about how beautiful she is and it was like directly formed by God out from all the beauty but I would like to delve more about her heart. She seemed genuine and pure. She chose to thrive despite the hardship of being someone from another country. She jokes about her weakness and we all have a good laugh about it. She hides her pains so well that all we can see are the happy and beautiful parts of her. It’s just classy of her and I just loved how well she mange fame and power. She played Diana Prince and she introduced her character so well. She is an Amazon with the strength and super power of a demigod but at the same time, has human heart that’s filled with compassion and love. As Chris mentioned in one of his interviews, Wonder Woman is an amazing character and a super hero you would love to look up to because most super heroes are fueled by rage and revenge. Men super heroes stories tend to be about protecting their ego and displaying their manly strength. They are fueled by back story of fighting for a lost loved one or their passion in helping is mostly from a painful past and a promised to avenge by protecting the weak. Wonder woman is a character that is fueled by her innocence and internal passion and instinct to help others. My God, I haven’t watched the movie yet but I have so much to say about it just from the teaser and interviews from the character and Director’s POV. I have so much love and respect for this film because of how it was created. I can feel Jenkin’s heart and soul in this movie. It was fueled by her passion and love for this character. On the other hand, its charm and charisma were delivered by Chris and Gal. As a team, they delivered well. I haven’t seen the movie yet and I look forward to watching it on big screen. I have no one to watch it with or haven’t got a friend who shares the amount of excitement and pure joy when I talk about the film. I went online to find people who share the same amount of love and adoration for wonder woman and Gal Gadot. S o far, the review has been amazing and incredible. It made me even more excited. I cannot remember when was the last time I visited a cinema house because nothing have interested me so far for the past few months or years I think. I have made a vow that I will never download or buy pirated dvds for movies that are worthy to be supported and finally, I found one that I see myself supporting. Wonder woman really gives me thousand other reasons to support and love this character and actor. I would be supporting Gal Gadot’s and Jenkins movies for sure moving forward. I think the biggest reason why I love her and her character is the fact that they have portrayed a stronger version of a woman. It is all about her symbol and what she stands for. Finally, we have a super hero that is not all about boobs or butt in a tight seductive outfit but we do have a woman whose strength has been channeled from her own discipline, innocence and genuine love and care for humanity. It symbolizes strength, power, and innocence, independence and yet still can live harmoniously in a man’s world unfazed. She has an organic human feeling, funny at times with pure intentions. The character and the actor playing the role are both baddass and I loved that part the most. Her interviews and point of views on life are always interesting and encouraging. Still under her spell, I cannothelp but have these thoughts in my head about her. She just inspired me so much to be more positive and just have a good laugh under hard circumstances. I have spent every single day stalking her in every social media such as Twitter, Instagram and Youtube interviews. She’s my third celebrity crush and role model alongside Hepburn and Watson. I was thrilled even more knowing she also adores Audrey Hepburn! Now, I am so happy having a role model representing each age bracket that I can really look up to. Watson is Younger than me, Gadot is just my age and Hepburn obviously is way ahead us. God, I so loved this woman, please bless her. May she flourish in everything she does..May she bloom in every ugly situation and may she rise like the sun that will warm everyone that she gets to reach. God hold her, keep her and protective her now and forever, amen.
